Welcome to the Sareea App. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our application. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
The Sareea App allows users to request delivery services from available stores or restaurants within the app. This includes location selection, placing orders, and tracking deliveries.
2. User Account
To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and any activities that occur under your account.
3. Delivery and Payments
Deliveries will be made based on the address provided by the user. If incorrect information leads to failed delivery, the user bears full responsibility.
Payments must be made through authorized methods available within the app. Users must use legal and personally owned payment methods.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Orders may be canceled in case of product unavailability or delivery limitations. If payment has been made, refund requests will be handled according to the app’s refund policy.
5. Liability
Sareea acts solely as a platform between users and merchants. We are not responsible for product quality or delivery delays caused by merchants.
We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
